# Suzhou Langshi Jinhua Lanxuan Residential Kids Playground Project Case

Project Location: Suzhou Science and Technology City

Theme: Modern Wooden Cabin Custom Outdoor Play Zone

Client: Langshi Real Estate

Project Overview

Langshi Jinhua Lanxuan, located in Suzhou Science and Technology City, required an integrated outdoor children’s play area to enrich the residential landscape. The client aimed for a warm modern cabin-themed playground that blends naturally with the residential garden, catering to multi-age children while also reserving fitness space for parents and the whole community.

We delivered a full turnkey custom playground solution, including wooden cabin combined stainless steel slide structure, interactive sound play panels, spring riders, seesaw, outdoor adult fitness equipment and fun sports wall. The entire play space is paved with colorful EPDM rubber safety surfacing, creating a parent-child interactive play zone for the residential community.

Play Equipment & Design Features

1. Custom Wooden Cabin Combination Play StructureThis is the core landmark of the playground. The multi-level cabin play tower adopts weather-proof wood finish with white metal guardrails, paired with transparent stainless steel tube slide, spiral stair, rope tunnel and interactive play panels. Inside the cabin, there are flip bead play walls and talking trumpet tubes for sensory play. Kids can climb, hide, slide and explore. Multiple activity stations encourage social interaction and develop gross motor skills.
2. Parent-child Outdoor Fitness ZoneAdjacent to the kids’ play zone, we installed a complete outdoor fitness set, including waist massagers, double air walkers and leg exercisers. While children play, parents can take exercise nearby. This design realizes parent-child companionship and meets the sports needs of all age groups in the community.
3. Interactive Fun Sports WallA custom decorative sports wall printed with geometric patterns. Built-in pull-and-push interactive fitness components, turning simple workout into interesting games. It acts as both landscape decoration and interactive sports facility.
4. Supporting Play Equipment

• Spring flower riders: Cute yellow flower-shaped spring bouncers for toddlers.
• Spring seesaw: Classic spring seesaw for two kids to play together.
• Spinning top seat: Ergonomic rotating chair for balance training.

All equipment sits on colourful EPDM rubber safety flooring with custom colour blocking design. The soft cushion surface reduces injury risk when falling, fully compliant with international outdoor playground safety standards.
